FYDI, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider and call center, was founded in 2018 in Quito, Ecuador. It offers multilingual call center services and comprehensive BPO to well-known companies worldwide. FYDI has eleven centers in eight countries, including the US, Ecuador, Mexico, Egypt, Indonesia, and Morocco, with around 4,000 seats and over 4,000 employees from 40+ nationalities. It provides 24/7 support in languages like Spanish, English, Chinese, Arabic, and French.
